I love being a Charlotte NC family photographer because I can witness and capture families’ most precious moments. And sometimes, I get to participate in local events, and this session featured below was so sweet because Sydney and her family were the winners of a giveaway for Lake Norman Fit For Mom Group. I was so excited when Anna contacted me asking if I would donate something for her annual Mother’s Day event this year for the group. I love connecting with other mamas, and giving one lucky mama a family photography session was so much fun! Sydney was the winner of this giveaway and was excited about this session. It turns out that her family has never gotten family portraits done.

When the day came for their session, it was such a dream. The weather was perfect, and there were no clouds in the sky. The sweet girls were so fun, and had a blast being able to run in the Charlotte, NC, open field. I am so happy that this family now has images they get to cherish for many years.
