The WinterFest Experience

This Christmas event kicks off with a Tree-Lighting Ceremony, where a 70-foot-tall tree is lit up.

This is followed by a brief medley of holiday songs and choreography from talented performers. Families can enjoy the lights and sights of WinterFest, plunging into a whole new world of soft, ambient Christmas lights displays.

In addition to the lights, visitors can enjoy ice skating on Snowflake Lake, write a letter to Santa, bake cookies with Mrs. Claus, and pick out gifts for loved ones. This event also includes 28 rides, such as Air Races, Copperhead Strike, Flying Ace Balloon Race, and many more.

Artisan Alley gives visitors a chance to shop from local artisans and craft vendors. The North Pole Post Office lets kids write letters to Santa Claus. Sally’s Christmas Crafts lets children enjoy making art projects that they can take home so they can remember all the fun memories they made at WinterFest. Tinker’s Reindeer Round-Up is a fun activity for the whole family, where kids can help Tinker rescue all nine of Santa’s reindeer who got loose.
